galymaly I received the handbag. Can I suggest using an appropriate size box next time? Where it was folded over to squish into the flat box, the trim was cracked/split open. I am so disappointed as this did not have to happen, anyway it's gorgeous, would've been my favorite but not with a split open trim. Thanks😯😕🙁😞

geegeesgems @galymaly I am so very sorry. Although I am new to this, I never would have expected that the bag would be damaged by the packaging. Is there an avenue with Poshmark to offer you a discount?

galymaly You could ask them. I'm only the buyer, sellers have more clout to get things done.. Yes, the bag is very structured, therefore, bending it, being a vintage bag to begin with, could and did result in the structure (leather trim) to crack. Knowing there's that crack/split there makes me realize it will only open up more as I use the bag. One thing we always ask when buying a vintage dooney is, are there any cracks or splits on the trim...yours was going to be my Gem...Thank you..
