Hi there! I am writing to let you know that I accidentally switched orders of your tank tops with a red children sweatshirt. If you open a case you can send the sweatshirt back and be refunded. @cindibarajas I think you have to “open a case”. Just request to return it because the wrong item arrived. I will comment that I sent the wrong item and they will provide a shipping label to send back! If that’s not how is goes let me know and thank you for being so sweet! Sometimes trying to do a million things at a time just doesn’t work:(

Hi Cindy, in getting your Lulu tank ready for shipping, I noticed a couple holes at the bottom of the tank top, I could sew them before shipping, I am so sorry for your inconvenience..if you still want me to ship I can definitely do that otherwise let me know how you want to handle it.

Hi, not sure if you have checked the tracking of your skirt. Looks like USPS tried to deliver but took it back to the post office. Just wondering if you have tried going to the post office to see if it’s there. I also contacted Poshmark about this. I’m not sure what else to do.
