tayloda Hi Cindy! I purchased a belt from you. Posh has refunded my account for the purchase. You did not use the label they emailed you so they think you never shipped. I have sent them a note about situation & asked them to return the money to your account. When you make a sale you need to go to your email and print the label. That way Posh knows that the item has shipped & the buyer can rate the transaction. This helps to build your credibility as a seller
