csharp2031 @britgal2019 I had bought a pair of snow pants from here and they are not the color I thought to match my ski jacket and they are to big. I’m having troubles returning them for a dif color and diff smaller size. The add said they had 1x to 6x so why would I not be able to get a smaller size? Thx so much

britgal2019 @csharp2031 I have not sold anything to you. Did you purchase something from another Poshmark Seller? If you did I would suggest that you message them again and explain your problem to them. They should be able to walk you through the steps to return the item if they accept returns. If you do not get an answer from the Seller contact Poshmark Support. They can be found by clicking “how it works” at the top of the screen and then clicking “contact”. I hope you are able to resolve this issue.
