Just like the seller’s above comment my item I shipped was unable to be delivered as well, because there was no secure location. They left you a notice on how to receive the item and it should be waiting at your post office right now and has been there for 10 days. Please verify that you received this item. Thanks

Yes, my item was finally shipped to the residence that said "no secure location", after about 1.5 weeks, but I also filed a claim with the post office for the missing item n then it was mysteriously shipped. Try filing a claim with USPS bcuz sometimes that's all it takes to get the ball rolling, so your item will be re-delivered to the buyer.

Hi Cindy.USPS attempted delivery of your order (Complex Geometries tunic) this morning but no secure location was available to leave package. I see this has been an issue in the past on your other orders.It looks like the address you're using is only open in evenings.A request redelivery online but if the address your receiving is closed every day, I don't know if redelivery will work. Please let me know if you'd like to pick it up at PO or arrange for redelivery. Thank you.
