cindynichols10 @janypapie I received all 4 mugs but 3 were busted only 1 survived and I really love them! I left you a message regarding what happened. I always used bubble wrap the plastic bags didn't protect it enough. The box was fine so I don't think they roughed the package up. Can you please send the other 3? Would you like me to return the 3 broken mugs? I have pictures of you would like to see...thank you so much and I'm so sorry they got busted! Cindy P

cindynichols10 @luxymoon Hi...I called the USPS and got it straighten out. I just moved I have only been here 3 weeks. However, I did receive them and I love the Chanel mugs but 3 were broken up I took pictures only 1 survived! They are adorable I hope you have more. I use bubble wrap for some reason the box did not protect them and the box was not damaged at all. Thanks and sorry that they broke during delivery. Cindy P
