Hi, Cindy! I wanted to message you regarding the purse that you purchased. I am not sure why the charm and the zipper pull tab were at the bottom of the box, so I apologize for that. Do you mean that it was broken from the purse? I also did not know that the zipper was broken, so I apologize for that as well. My mom is the only one who ever carried it, so I did not know that it was damaged in any way,

and I didn't notice that when I mailed it out, or I would have mentioned in the description, or told you personally when you made your purchase. I've never intentionally sold anyone anything that was damaged, or even anything that was different than what I described. So again, I am very sorry!
