cindyke You keep accusing me, now even if more stuff. I don’t know what to tell you besides that you should check your items. I did not and would NEVER!!!!! damage. What is in it for me? Not getting a dress I wanted (since it ships back) + a lot of hassle filing a case, taking pics, reboxing and dropping it off. A lot of effort to end up with NOTHING. I stand by my online reputation. .

Please please please, do your due diligence before accusing people of stuff. On a side note, I don’t really sell on eBay (another one if your accusations).

If I had been sure the yellowing would have come out, I might even have kept it and cleaned it myself (since I got a good deal on it). Now I didn’t want to take the risk. Hope you find some peace

cindyke @zizi_butique I never did anything wrong! Check your items before sending them out!! However, you accused me and keep accusing me of more and more stuff! so, if your libelous statements end up resulting in any damage to me, I want to put you on notice that I will be taking this matter further. It started out with just a dress, but your accusations don’t stop. Court seems to be the only solution. Sincerely

cindyke @zizi_butique I don’t know what to tell you. The truth is that I love the dress, and would love to have it. I got a great deal on it, so if it had had stains that I thought I could get out, I would have kept it and just tried to clean it. The yellowish-stains freaked me out though. I didn’t even try it on. I simply requested to ship it back.

cindyke I never accused you of deliberately doing something wrong. It might have been an oversight, who knows. I just didn’t want to pay for a dress I might never be able to wear. However, I do hope you will not treat your next buyer who has an issue the same way you treated me. Although I was disappointed, I didn’t attack you.

cindyke @zizi_butique My offer still stands; I am interested in buying the dress for $25, but only if it doesn’t have stains, especially the yellow ones (please look closely for those). If they don’t come out, then I cannot wear the dress so I wouldn’t want to buy it. With the current stains (so I take the risk of them coming out or not) I would offer no more than $13 (including shipping). Also, thank you for your latest responses (you really crushed me with the earlier ones).

To cancel the order 2. For you to pick the suit in another color. Simply go to www.talaraassi.com and the suit name is Fiesta. Give me some other color options you would like.
