@nybred Go to your name (lower right) enter, scroll down to “My seller Tools” (enter) under discount % choose 5% to 10% etc, Minimum items 2/3/4 etc. etc..Hit SAVE after establishing Bundle discount. Hope this helps.

Hi Cindy,
I have a situation from a buyer I don't even know how to approach. I am hoping as a Posh Ambassador you could help me figure out how to even respond to this buyer. She said a brand new item she received in ita original box smells like cigarettes, but I live in a smoke free home. Other buyers have bought from me and no one else had this problem because its not true. I'm so upset because I take my sales and ratings seriously.

@miki0081 I would reach out to the Poshmark mark team. I would also inform the buyer that you live in a non-smoking environment, you’ve sold many items from your closet and never have you been told of this nonsense. Apparently she may want to get out of the purchase. Sadly sometimes you have people do anything they can to run your ratings. But those people I simply block where they can never purchased anything from me in the future.

@miki0081 Also currently, PoshMark has no way of changing whatever rating a buyer gives us. In the future that’s supposed to change where we can actually refute a bad comment etc., that is my understanding.

@miki0081 yes! It happens to all of us trust me. When I get an unfair rating which I’ve had three my whole time on Poshmark I simply block that individual, and they can no longer do business with me. It’s not worth the stress, especially when you know you’re being judged extremely unfairly. it’s not worth doing future business with them. Just continue to do your best and your rating of five-star will continue to increase....if this incident has not affected your status.
