cbellwood Oops! Just seen this message. Sorry but I made another offer. Just decline it if it's too low. 20%! Wow ebay only takes 10% and you can set the shipping cheaper because I know it does not cost over 2.60 to ship in an envelope. With shipping the cost is up there for a pre-owned blouse. That's why I lowered the bid.

cbellwood It's hard to pay 15.95 on a blouse that is used when I can buy brand new right now on out of season clothes that is on markdown everywhere. Sorry for the low ball but with shipping it would have still cost me 10.95. Shipping is really double the cost. I ship all the time and it's usually 2.60 for a blouse in an large envelope.

littleextras @cbellwood you have to figure in wrapping paper, tape, copy paper, card, gift, gas for trip to post office and your time listing each item. I had a store myself for five years down town Toledo. So I realized why stores mark their items up 50 to 75% up so they can give us a bargain.

cbellwood I sell on ebay all the time. It's 72 cents for a envelope and a few pennies to stick the shipping label on the package. You can schedule a pick up for free from usps. Sorry that I made a bid that you think is low ball but I thought was fair. I thought all bids was only in between the seller and bidder.

cbellwood @reaganstewart I seen that you have a couple. I need the measurements on anything I buy I have three toy poodles and they don't match up with the coats and jackets that says toy poodle. The are closer to a min. poodle but sometimes too big they are more of a small med. Please post the measurements on your pet items with the length not including the collar or hood from where it the back would be on the dog and the girth on the other side under the leg holes side to side.
