@ginaciolino actually yes I am going to complain I can't believe you would sell a pair of boots with "poop" dried in the bottom of them even if they are Marc Jacobs boots you would think someone selling Marc Jacobs boots would have them clean & in the best condition they could be in when they are selling them so they wouldn't get a bad review! Shame in you#

@ginaciolino yes I AM especially when I received them with what appears to be dried dog poop on the bottom of one of the shoes, didn't you think you should clean that off b4 shipping them? I won't buy from this SELLER with ou t asking the "question are the shoes or item clean and free from any foreign matter " or at least I would think twice b4 I buy from this SELLER again... buyer beware!
