mindyhats I’ve been trying to reply to your question but don’t have your correct email. The Monique Lhuillier dress is 12 1/4 inches in the waist & the length. Is. 20 inches from the waist & it is a halter style - new. I cannot try it on as I’m a size 6 & this is a size 0 bought fir a gift but doesn’t fit. Thanks, Mindyhat18
