brooknoel Hi Cindy... just saw your review. That is the type of fabric, this was never worn. You would need to co tact Poshmark directly if you want to make a claim or request a refund as I cannot do that directly, I think you can click report a problem. And they then investigate. Hope that helps.

ceestima09 @brooknoel I did but their is no way that sweater is brand new and never worn I am sorry no disrespect it has fuzzy balls wear fabric rubbed together and a snag on back I can not believe it has never been worn looks to be worn so much so that it has fuzz balls in places a normal sweater would get them over time
