wendinap Hi Cindy. I see you opened up a case for the Donna Ricco dress that you purchased from me. I'm so sorry if something is wrong with it and if there is, I didn't realize and in no way meant to mislead you. Can you share with me what the problem is? I feel badly.

cindyloohoo1 Hi Wendi. The dress was delivered on Friday after I left the office and so didn't open it until I got to the office on Monday. The dress was ripped in the bank at the base of the zipper. I didn't try it on because it was ripped. I do love the dress, but would need to spend money to get it repaired before wearing it. I sent pictures of the rip with the case that I opened. Thank you.
