knorthcosmetics Before you purchased I clearly stated in my description that I do not have Kylie products to compare the ones I'm selling to, so to only buy if you were OK with that. But when you received your item you've now opened a case on me, which affects reputability my time and my money. As well as that I take my own pictures and the item you received was definitely the same as the item I Took pictures of.

wassabemami @knorthcosmetics in your description you claim that your distributor states that these cosmetics are 100% percent AUTHENTIC, just because you have no way of comparing does mean you should jeopardize your credibility and sell knock off products ! This is your forum like you said your money and time keep it honest your integrity is everything and eventually you knew someone was going to notice that the items you are selling are fake

knorthcosmetics @wassabemami The item in the picture is exactly the same as the item that I shipped to you. I don't understand how you've drawn the conclusion that my item is fake when it is the exact same item I took pictures of. I have hundreds of happy Kylie customers agree the products authentic, why do you assume this product is not genuine ?

wassabemami @knorthcosmetics it's fake , the top of the lipstick is 2 completely different shades , the paint on the lipstick is chipping off the bottom of the description of the lipgloss is tiny ! Colors are completely off !

knorthcosmetics @wassabemami I do not manufacture the item, so I took a picture of the item so that my customers can clearly see what they're getting prior to purchasing. Is the item that I sent you different from the one in my pictures?

wassabemami @knorthcosmetics a photo isn't proof that a item is authentic, in receiving a item & checking it . I purchased from you I trusted your description in what you stated ! I purchase 100's of items online and a huge % of what I receive doesn't match 100% of the time ! Your integrity is everything when it comes to your clients be honest and stop selling knock offs ! I am going to Ulta tonight I will take this product with me & compare KKW lipgloss I will take a picture of yours & the stores
