sassc15720 Hello again, so I went to use machine and noticed that it was more than just grinds basket missing, the piece that the basket sits in that makes the machine actually work is missing as well. So it won't be or blend. Is there any way you might have these pieces ?

jillbbb @sassc15720 I always kept all the pieces together. I can look for them. Can you show me a picture of what’s missing? Maybe in the manual? If I can’t find them, feel free to report this to poshmark and I’m sure they will issue a refund.

jillbbb @sassc15720 I saw the pic you posted. I definitely have the brew basket. I have never seen the insert. I don’t think my machine came with it. I will look again when I get home.

sassc15720 @jillbbb if you ever used it, it had to have this to work. There's a piece that makes it brew on the inset that the basket sits in.
