passion4fashun @cindytb4 hi, sorry I never saw your first comment. I've actually already shipped the bag, but I've included a note in your package explaining the problem and if you wish to return it once you get it I'll understand. It's just the zipper that opens the bag only zips about half way. Again I apologize, the zipper was working just fine when I listed the item. Not sure what happened. Hoping all works out.

drposhgirl Hi Cindy, I saw your rating and comment that the CK key chain never arrived to you . You should contact Poshmark and notify them of this and see what happened . I sent the package to you the same day that you bought it . I also sent a complimentary bracelet along with it for you . I do not know what happened because it says that it was delivered to you .

cindytb4 @drposhgirl after doing a little “investigating” I think I may have located it. I believe it was sent to the home address instead of the P.O. Box & dropped at the neighbors houseI will check on it this weekend as it has happened before, they are forever flipping our addresses. I will update (change your rating) as soon as I can get up with one of them(hopefully tomorrow) thank you for replying so promptly. I have never had this issues with posh so I was confused about how to handle it .
