I’m so sorry about that. I sold a size 5 in the exact same ring the same day. I’m thinking I may have mixed them up but haven’t heard from the other buyer yet. I will contact her. I can send you out a size 7 tomorrow. Is there anyway you can send the size 5 back to me? Cindy

@laycin A friend asked me to order the ring for her. She messaged me this morning and said that it broke in half. Asked if I could reach out to you to see if you would replace it. I told her I would ask. She did send me a picture, but I’m not sure how to send it to you.

I'm sorry that this has happened. I have never had a ring break in half before. I wonder if she is putting the stones in wrong. To put a stone in, they need snapped in from the underside of the ring.This avoids the top of the ring from separating. When removing the stone, it needs to be pushed from the top and have the stone pop out on the underside. This is easiest way to explain. I can replace it for her with no problem.She just needs to make sure she puts it in and out correctly.

@laycin if I was the seller and there has been times that buyers filed claims on things that I sold to them, I always respond as I feel morally obligated. It also has to do with being honest.

I responded to the claim this morning.I had a my sister in law passed away and I have not even looked at postmark or my email since until last night.The necklace was not broken when I sent it.I took great care in packing it in tissue & it wasn’t in 2 bags as you said.I packed the earring set in a baggie lying on top.I won’t discount the necklace as I have much I paid much more for it than I sold it for.I think that we should just cancel the transaction.Please send all things back.

@laycin I have no idea how it broke in the mail. If I could find the metal piece that holds the necklace together, I would love to fix it. Very strange. The necklace is beautiful. Yes you packages all the items carefully. Sorry for having to file a claim at a stressful time. I could understand that this is the least thing you want at this time. But thank you for replying.

@laycin I do not know why Poshmark is taking so long to resolve the claim. I hope the do soon. I can understand that it is a busy time with Christmas approaching. But wow! They should see that you accepted the return. 😲
