swankyvidz Hi Cindy, i'm sorry about the lost package. What saddens me is i took time to pack the sunglasses very carefully & also your free gifts, even provided wipes for your sunglasses, only to find out that a thief out there could be enjoying the use of those things now. Anyways, i hope you got your refund on a timely manner. I always inform my customers on the day i ship their orders so they can anticipate it in 2-3 days. I hope you wont encounter the same problem in the future. Take care!
