Although it is new, somehow it must have come in contact with another item that stained it. So bummed! 😭 I just wanted to check in with you before I cancel your order.

cindybrown977 Tracking # 9405511202061525050728 just says label created on 2/20. It has not been updated. I went online to UPS. There is nothing i can do.. you can't file a claim till it is 90 days late. Can you tell me where this was shipped from.. and did you ship from your house or the post office.
