sassyfoxshop I'm so sorry for your disappointment with the vintage Chanel purse. I can say with full confidence that it was in excellent condition when it left my possession. I recently was inside the purse to find the authentication tag which required extending it to its fullest. At that time, there was no evidence of dry rot or other problem. An expert at Poshmark examined the purse & deemed it authentic & consistent with description.
