luxyvip Hello there, I noticed that you left us a 2 stars rating. Please note that upon shipping we inspect every watch and check the battery. It appears that your watch was dead during transit. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. That being said, we will happily accept your return for a refund or replacement.

luxyvip @cbordes you already accepted the order and left a negative review. We could have avoided all of this by simply contacting us. We stand behind our products and customer service. When you accept and review an order on Poshmark, it’s no longer returnable as per Poshmark’s policy. That being said, I am happy to make a one time exception if you edit your review. Thanks!

mrstreb621 @cbordes I just saw you made an offer on 2 different items of mine. I’m going to decline them and then you can go back to those items and at the bottom under the like, comment, share there is an option to add to bundle. If you do that to both of those items them make an offer it will save you on shipping.

twinsdesign @cbordes Your order is mailed today at the post office. Being Sunday it will not move and the Post office is close Monday for Veterans Day so there maybe a delay.

twinsdesign @cbordes Why 4 star rating? It was mailed same day as ordered. Posted that mail would be delayed with veterans day. Item was new with tags and wrapped. Follow all rules of Poshmark
