poshhere Hi. I'm sorry you had complaints re your purchase. Shipping is out of all Poshers control. The belt was mailed within 24 hrs. of purchasing. I received messages re Postal delays. Typically, buyers/sellers both receive same notices. Communication, I always reply to questions, etc. Packaging: My husband took care of that because I had to run out. Can you describe what you mean? I truly try to please Buyers because it's important. I apologize for anything you feel I failed on.
