gray_sparrow Wow! I am sorry you are so unhappy with your purchase. I usually always only get 5 star ratings so the 1 star you gave me was really surprising! I noted in the listing that the leather does show some wear and also that the inside is dirty. I also included pictures of this so I assumed you were aware before purchasing. I shipped your item out right away, wrapped it carefully, included a thank you card and even polished the bag before I sent it. I am sorry you felt I deserved a 1 star rating.
