I am so sorry to hear that . You can return the necklace and they will refund your money. Just email Poshmark under problem with order. They usually respond within 24 hours.

@cindti No worries on the change in ratings , however , the necklace did come to you intact , by your own admission and I gave you an item from the bundle for free . I work really hard to keep customers happy and want you to be happy , just trying to be fair. I will do whatever is needed on my end to make sure you are satisfied

@renewalker @renewalker You threw in the bracelet for free, not the necklace. I’m throwing the bracelet away because the silver on it is tarnished & it won’t clean off. I took the necklace out of the box & looked at it, then put it back in the box until the next day. When I picked it up the following day, beads started coming off of it.

@renewalker I never try to hurt anybody. For some reason they gave me a refund for the whole amount which is not what I wanted. I did what you told me to do. I am new to this, but if something falls apart when I pick it up within 24 hours & I haven’t even worn it yet, I’m going to speak up. How do I get them NOT to credit me for the whole amount? I only told them the necklace fell apart, but that I loved the handbag.

@renewalker never did I intended to steal from you. I have the best of credit. Always have. The necklace broke without me doing anything to make it break soon after I received it. I sent a complaint to Poshmark for refunding me for the whole amount when it was only the necklace that was defective. Not happy with Poshmark communications. I want you to get your money for the purse.

@cindti Please keep the handbag and just return the necklace. I would rather you be as happy as possible in this situation as opposed to having a bad experience. I work really hard to make my buyers happy.I did not see any tarnishing on the bracelet so I hate that you had to throw it away. Please keep the handbag . I do not think you are stealing and hope I did not imply that in any way at all. I hope I have done all that I can to fix things. I am sorry that this has been so difficult !

They probably sent the label for both because it was a bundle. You can look at my ratings and reviews and see that I am a good seller. I am so sorry your jewelry was such a disappointment . I just want you to be happy with the sale.

@cindti If they sent you a return label, then use that to return the items. My address is on that and shipping is covered in it. Please do not send a check for the handbag. Just keep it and enjoy it on me ! Thank you for being willing to do so , but it is not necessary . Consider it a gift on me. 🤗

@renewalker I will check my email from them, but I don’t recall seeing any return label. That is what I originally had hoped for. I specifically stated there was a necklace and a handbag and I was only having a problem with the necklace in my communications to Poshmark. I love the handbag and I want to pay you for it.

@cindti Yes, I kept waiting for it to be taken out if my account but it wasn’t. I am sorry that this has happened . I will mail you a check for the necklace and you can just keep the items or throw them out. I feel sure that I have your address still in my email on the mailing label. Hopefully that will take care of everything unless you do not feel that is fair to you. Just let me know if that is ok and I will mail a check today. Thanks and sorry

@renewalker Sorry for all the miscommunications. Newbie here. I will just check everything out very thoroughly before I give a rating. So, do I have this straight ... buyer has three days to give a rating on the sale and that’s when the payment goes through to the seller ... correct?
