popsellsstuff Cindy the cup for the thermos was warped separately in paper to fit it in the box, since it is hard I didn't think it would not be noticed, I hope you still have the box and paper. I guess I should have noted that on the note.

jjlisle Unbelievable that it hasn’t gotten there. I never heard back from posh. You might want to send them a message to see if they will do anything for you. I am so sorry. It is very frustrating. I mail it quickly and then the USPS doesn’t deliver it promptly. Ughhhh.
