j_cherie Hi Cindy! I just wanted to reach out personally because it looks like there's some confusion re your order of the Teddy Blake handbag. I was notified, as I'm sure you were, that the measurements didn't match. This makes no sense to me as it is definitely the 12" Caty. All I can imagine is they may be referring to the height, especially if that measurement was taken with the flap not over the top of the bag. Let me know if you have any questions

j_cherie So I'm just trying to be as clear as I can be. The discrepancy was apparently with the width, but I guarantee that the width is 12", which is why it is named the Caty 12. All I can imagine is that they are calling the width something different than I am, which is the side to side meas. My depth meas. was taken on the bottom, front to back, and the height was taken top to bottom, by if I remember correctly, I measured with the flap closed
