sunfloweracres Hi Cindy, I'm so sorry about the scarf! I didn't see a hole just the clump of thread that was woven in. My mom just passed away and I have not been able to concentrate like I should. You can ask for a refund, no need to return it. Maybe you can fold it so the hole doesn't show and get some use out of it?

I read the FAQS that it could mean it went to the wrong truck, & will still be delivered. Others said it went to the incorrect post office & took 2-3 extra days.
