elayney Hey Cindy! Thanks for the purchase. The bag is brand new and looks exactly as picture. When I received the bag I took the plastic off to make sure the hardware was nice but I ended up never using her and she’s sat in her little dust bag just wanted to let you know :-) I will be shipping Monday!
