yoused Oh Cindy Kay, the meditation helps with anxiety. I recently had some painful shots in my back. Usually I was so tense. I meditated prior to procedure & was completely relaxed. Please know I have you in my Prayers & will be Praying without ceasing for you. Please keep me in the loop so I can know how you're doing. Btw, again check out the 21 day meditation or any one of your choice. It takes maybe 20 minutes a day & really helps.

I've had 3 Cervical Epidurals and 2 Nerve Blocks in My Thoracic Area, Yes The Pain Was Horrific, I So Understand the Pain Associated Injections into The Back Like You Had. He asked if I'd do $8 and I saw hes a kid so yes. Then he comes back and wants disc ship too im like uh that's $3 for me so no and he said oh well no it has scuff so I'm like dodged a bullet 😭 he prob would have complained. I don’t know if surgery and chemo is an option- or if it is such an aggressive cancer it won’t be worth it. If not, he has 6 months. Omg... I am distraught. rbd257 @cindykaypusch My companion and I joined the Y a month ago and have been going only twice a week for now as this is a busy time of the year. We'll do more after the holiday season. He does the gym (machines and weights) while I go to different classes. We both feel the difference those days. It is really a kick in the buttock. We are much more energetic and productive, those days.

One Of The Most Difficult Things Is Keeping Up With All The Sharing We Must Do In Order To Gain The Most Exposure Of Our Closet. I Have Some Poshers That Will Share 50-100 Items At A Time. Because I Have So Many Followers I Usually Keep My Sharing Back To 25 Items Depending On The Time I Have. Most Of The Poshers That Share

When I First Started Selling I Joined "Share Groups"; These Are Groups That Have A Certain Amount Of Members That Do Equal Sharing Of Usually 35 Items Per Member 3 X A Day.
