Cynthia, first of all let me fully apologize for not getting back to you sooner. It’s been Christmas Crazy here and As I shouldn’t use that as an excuse...well i am. So let me inform you what happened to your order. I inspect every order before they go out just to make sure they are 100%. Well upon inspection these shoes were not quite perfect. One shoe looked about 1/4 size short. I couldn’t in good consciousness send these out.

So I canceled the order. IT being Christmas and all..I am going to send these shoes to you anyway. I will pay for shipping. And you owe me nothing. I am hoping the size difference is not so bad that you can maybe still wear them. Let me know if this works out for you and I will mail them out ASAP.
