katistheboss Cinthia i am so very sorry that your order smelled like smoke! I'm actually allergic to smoke and have never smoked a day in my life. I'm more than willing to compensate for your inconvience I'm so curious as to how it smelled like smoke when no one in my home or business smokes....i would be happy to l gift wether they spend 5 or 50 dollars I hate that you were displeased. I would be completely fine with you cancelling and sending back if it was so bad

If you look at my posh stars u will see i have a nearly flawless customer rating. I did buy this item from a resale store but laundered it prior to sending Was the gift Okay? I take my time and send each customer a note and gift

katistheboss This is a huge part of my family income and until this point I've only received 5 stars. I'm in tears. I'm so sorry you had q bad experience but may I ask why you didn't just cancel and send back if it was so bad? I would be glad to send you an item that I purchased from a retail store to insure that this issue is resolved

baileylove1997 Hi! I just got your rating back on the top you bought from my closet. I see you gave it one star and put that item cleanliness was an issue. If you would please describe your issue further I may be able to understand what happened because when I posted and packaged this top, there was no issue with cleanliness. baileylove1997 @caseller I might just have to agree with you. I’m a solid five star seller and have sold hundreds of items and have never gotten anything but a 5. At least I can rest easy, and I’m sure you can too, that we actually have sold good products no matter the rating!
