mrsijohnson Thanks so much for shipping out my purchase in time. I was wondering why the tie had wrinkles and bends. Is that permanent damage?

cityofgarb @mrsijohnson No, try hanging it in a warm steamy room like shower then let it hang there for a few hours after the shower is done to allow the wrinkles to fall or if that doesn't work, cover it with a fabric such as Cotton pillowcase and iron over it then hang. Alternatively just take it the the dry cleaners and have them take care of it.
