slovesmith Did you open the box? The urban decay that you ordered was in a lio fusion box so I could neatly wrap it. To say that you received lip fusion instead is very dishonest

chernj79 @slovesmith I just opened it and it's in there as you said. I wasn't expecting a different sealed box, I will cancel the refund. I thought it was an honest mistake on your end, please know that I had no intentions of being dishonest. I appreciated the cute wrapping.

slovesmith @chernj79 I am so sorry for the confusion. I assumed that you would open the box. I only put it in the box to wrap it neatly, but now I know to at least inform the buyer of my actions. Thank you for informing Posh. I sent them an email after it occurred to me that you may not have opened the box. That's also when I messaged you with the question. Again, I wholeheartedly apologize for this.
