mhclax02 @shogun0111 hello, I emailed customer service yesterday about our problem and they got back to me this morning and told me they are going to be providing you with a new shipping label to my work address. This one should work out, I apologize for inconvenience on you during this process. Not sure what happened my apartment complex has a weird package receiving system but have not had this much of a problem with it before.
