I pride myself in Excellent customer service and I couldn't help but notice that you rated my service a 4 because the Shoes were " more Gold and dressy" the listing suggested. I apologize but this is the Literal Words from the listing~ Stuart Weitzman gold / Tweed leather sole pumps. Beautiful Gold heel with leather gold heel. Stunning tan with gold Shimmer Tweed / classic pumps. Shoes worn once. In excellent condition.~
