claire_foster @groquenroll I just havent had time to ship it, its packed and ready to go, but work has been super crazy. Im having my mom drop it off for me now because I wont get home until late. Sorry I am just now answering, its been a stressful couple of days! Let me know if it doesnt start tracking by tomorrow afternoon

claire_foster @groquenroll I totally understand, and its funny because I just had a CHANEL blush that I shipped to a woman last month and it was "lost" by UPS. Posh gave me and the buyer our money, but I think I figured out what happened. I sell a lot of items, so after I print the labels, I write what the item is on label. I realized someone working for the post office may have seen "CHANEL" on the other package, and thought it was something VERY expensive. So now I never write anything on the labels!

claire_foster @desito329 Hi hun! I am so sorry. I could not figure out how to message you on here! When you changed your address for your item, I had already dropped the package off at Office Depot, before going into work. Later that day, I got the notification and new label with your correct address, but by the time I was off work, the Office Depot was closed. I went up there the next morning, and the USPS guy had already picked it up.

claire_foster @desito329 (Sorry my message was too long, I had to break it i to 2 parts!) I let Posh know. The problem is, this all reminded me that I also needed to change my address! I mived out of my ex husbands house a month ago. Unfortunately your dress is being sent to my old address :(. I told him to let me know as soon as he gets it so I can get it to you. So very sorry for this mess!!

thriftygirl2415 Hello, I brought the cross necklace from you and it states it was delivered today and it’s not in my mailbox. Can you tell me what you ship the necklace in and if it was in something like a pink envelope or of color so I can ask my mailman about it. I am sorry not to accept it yet but I got to find it. I asked my neighbors if they have a package and so far no one does. I have contacted posh. I am sure it will show up I get packages almost daily as soon as it does I will accept.

claire_foster @thriftygirl2415 Hi! It was in a small white envelope, the kind that is lined on the inside with bubble wrap. Its small, it was a medium sized envelope but I folded it in half since the item was so small and to give it extra protection, (so its about 5in by 7in, or maybe a little smaller). The label is secured with the thick clear mailing tape all across the whole label. It should fit in a mailbox, even if it's the smaller box ones for an apartment. I'm sorry it hasn't shown up!❤

thriftygirl2415 @claire_foster My mailman is going to the office to look around and let me know tomorrow. Posh said if they don’t find it then Monday they will release your money, I am just sorry you have to wait for your money and they will do a refund to me because they said it has insurance. Hopefully he found it this afternoon and will deliver it tomorrow. I also posted in our neighborhood website asking if anyone received a package that’s not their. It will show up.

claire_foster @smunroe3 Yes! I dropped it off at Office Depot yesterday morning, so it should have already been picked up by the truck, but uts not showing that it has been scanned yet. I get off work in 3 hours, and if it still hasn't started tracking I will go by there on my way home. So sorry its taken me this long, I nornally am a very fast shipper, but I've had an extremely bad week. I appreciate your patience and I'm very sorry for the delay!
