annenna Hi Claire. This is Anne, the Posher you bought the jacket from. We had a huge snowstorm and mail is not always delivered on time. I am going to try and get it picked up by the mailman on Monday. I might be able to get one of my kids to take it to the post office tomorrow. Either way it's coming as soon as possible.
