I have been tracking.your sandles and the Post Office said the address was incorrect or undeliverable on the 30th. it said they would try again, have you gotten them? Let me know so I can contact Poshmark.

@riverx19 so far they said its at your post office due to the address is undeliverable. they said they would reach out to you about this. if they don't get any response from either of us after 7/7 they will go another route. I have had them credit the buyer and still give the seller the money. guess its a wait and see. I did send them 2 more requests today.

@riverx19 I heard from Poshmark customer service and they just marked the package as delivered to credit my account. I'm hoping the gave you a refund. I had this happen to me on a purse I purchased, post office lost it. I'm thinking thats what happened to you. post office has been very bad lately.

@missbirdy123 you need to reach back out and tell them I have no received a package or a refund. You should NOT have been credited MY MONEY when I did not receive the shoes that makes no sense. They will not get back to me and it is not fair.

@riverx19 I went ahead to contacted them on your case you filed and I responded back to them thru the email they sent me. I told them to please issue you a refund due to lost shipment. Hopefully I will hear back tomarrow. once again please check your email you have on file with them. this is how they handle these disputes.

@riverx19 You never guess what showed up at my door! Your sandles! The label was never messed up either. I will send them back out but not with Poshmark and see what happens. If the address is correct with what you have on file I will use that address. Looks like we both got the run around!!

Hi I went to post office to mail package and they asked me if I had a secondary address like an Apt# or Unit# when he punched in your address. Poshmark didnt have a number listed. this .aybe why they couldn't deliver it.

Wanted to let you know I’m a full time seller and I run a full time shop,I have a great relationship with my post office but… everyone is on vacation (our regular people) plus they’ve hired a ton of new people. I ship every order within no more then 48 hrs. I shipped 7 packages including yours DAYS ago. They are finally moving along. Hoping you have your fabulous boots within 2 days. Enjoy your gift too!!

@riverx19 I apologize for USPS … I found out that all of my posh orders (priority) were sent on the first class truck, they moved them a few times before arriving at the priority facility.
I know a ton about usps now… I might as well work there too !!
