wearreclaimedco @claraclare Hmmm....haven’t heard of that before. Are you signed into the Poshmark Canada or the Poshmark US? That’s sometimes the issue as we cannot but/sell on the US Poshmark yet.

I will definitely offer you a refund as what happens to you is complete bull shite. I see it’s been a couple days since you wrote this ... and perhaps you already spoke to Poshmark about a refund , but if you haven’t... let me know and I will figure out how to give you the majority of the cost back.
