melodynoel @clarelouise22 ack! Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear about your experience! I wish you had contacted me directly via comments so I could have also contacted support to help sort out the issue. And even more of a bummer, I now have a lower seller rating due to something totally outside of my control 😔 I’m going to contact Poshmark anyways and let them know about your issue. They definitely should have caught it and stopped the transaction. I’ll let you know if I get anywhere with customer service.
