rachelray418 @clare500 hi there! So the $5 credit is applied to the price before shipping. So the $12-5=8. Shipping is poshs’ profit so that isn’t money I receive at all

posh4paws @rachelray418 hi 12-5=7. I offered $8 for a shirt & you accepted that. The $5 discount should apply to the cost of the item we agreed upon. So 8-5= 3 plus skipping costs.

rachelray418 @clare500 the $5 credit I offered was off the fave value price. So $12. I’m sorry the math was wrong, I accepted because I thought you already subtracted the $5. So now you have $1 off if you choose to apply it. The credits/discounts I offer are only applied to face value costs before shipping. I am sorry that was unclear. Unfortunately the order has shipped so there is nothing I can do. But you may use the $1 on anything if you would like. I am sorry about all the confusion here

posh4paws @zeyca To avoid confusion it would be helpful to specify "faux fur" because it currently states that it is "fur." Plus, I think I remember some said it was from China (?) which we all know is notorious for their barbaric fur trade. :'( Just a suggestion. Good luck!

However I'm asking you not to contact me again as and if you do that will be the definition of harassment and actually a reportable offense.
