kbrown1232 @bluephoenix36 hi u bought 2 of my items and i have been trying to grt them shipped out but the mail lady hasnt took them. So i comtacted my mom and she lives an hour from me so she said when she comes into town she will take your package to the post office. I am unsure when she will come in town she said it could be feb 1st or beforr. So my question is would u like to wait til my mom can mail this package or should i cancel so u dont have to wait?

janhamm2004 Hi! Omg I was just told your PINK sweatpants were sent to someone else! I'm so sorry I must've put the wrong labels on the wrong packages, and you may or may not be getting two sleep shirts 😰😭! I emailed Poshmark to find out how I can fix that mistake. I'm so sorry! I hope I can swap the items back to ship them right. I can't believe I did something so dumb!

bluephoenix36 @janhamm2004 Wow thats my worst nightmare as a seller lol. I think we would have to return the item back to you and repurchase. I think that is the only way to fix this. No worries it can happen to the best of us. Ill do anything to get thoes joggers lol. They match a sweater i have here. But also if i can intercept the delivery and send it back to you so they dont mark delivered we dont have to do a return.

But that's not the route I want to take. Especially since she rated so low before she even contacted me to let me know I messed up

Shes new on posh so i have no clue if she even knows how to contact support. She should have never rated you. But I think posh will help with everything. Also they will take down the bad feedback if they can get her to send them back to u.

janhamm2004 @bluephoenix36 that would be fantastic. Once she rated them, I looked at her note and that's when it came to my attention that I sent the wrong item. It makes sense that she may have not known how to handle it if she's new. I will try to find her to leave her a comment as well. Hopefully she will be able to figure out how to contact them also and I want to let her know that it's not ok for her to just keep the pants. Both items should go to the right buyer!

bluephoenix36 @janhamm2004 i sent her a letter with her pj shirts, im hopeing she just hasnt checked her account. I also gave my number. Before i sent the pj shirts I used my lint remover and removed any fuzz balls. So they look pretty good, the yellow one almost looks new. So she should like them. And considering she only paid you 10 for them. Fingers crossed she does the right thing and sends me thoes joggers.

I'm pretty upset, considering she proceeded to accept the wrong order and then leave me bad feedback- yet she has now received her shirts and hasn't sent you your pants! I told her that even if she doesn't respond to our comments, she needs to ship those to you.

bluephoenix36 @cdryja i just got it in. Thanks for the fast shipping. I unwrapped the painting. The corners are banged up but im sure i have this color paint and i can touch up thoes areas. No big deal. And the hooks on the back are bent out on 2 of them i just got to bend them back in place carefully. Once im done ill let you know. Im a 100 percent sure this happened on the way here. The box was banged up a bit.
