@clohale the item you got was not shoes. If you check the order I put through a request for sent wrong item. Poshmark sent you a request to send the item back. If you follow that you can use their labels so that everything gets tracked!

@clohale I’m sorry I read that wrong. So I put through a request for sent wrong item. Poshmark says they notified you to open a received wrong item case. Then they will send you the label and I can then send you the correct item.

@clohale the other buyer already shipped your mules so I should get them shortly. Also you mentioned a size 9.5? The item you received is a pair of Abercrombie and Fitch jean shorts. I will need that shipped back so I can get you both the correct items. Thank you!

ok. that all makes sense, now. I ordered mules from you, but I order stuff online all the time, including mules. I did get 9.5 mules but that was from someone else. So I didn't understand what you sent me. I assumed they were the 9.5 mules. I will get on Poshmark and get the label.
