steelersare1 Hello, I'm So Sorry you received the wrong item. I Ship All My Items at The UPS Store. I go there and we print my shipping labels and someone at The UPS Store Attaches The Labels To The Boxes. The Store is always busy so they usually put the unsealed label on the box and as soon as they get a minute they seal the label to the box. Well somehow they mixed up the labels. I've contacted Poshmark to ask how I can correct this mix up.

steelersare1 I contacted Poshmark and as soon as I hear from Poshmark I will notify you. I also contacted the person who received your shorts. She said No Worries she has the shorts. I'm hoping you do the same and hold onto the Top. I'm going to do whatever I have to, to correct this mix up and to make sure you both receive the items you purchased. Again I'm So Sorry.

steelersare1 Hello, I heard from Poshmark they are looking at this case and looking at pictures of the items. I really didn't know this was a case and looking at pictures. Anyway I wanted to ask you if you could accept the item(top) and then ship it to me. I will refund you the shipping fee and also ship you the shorts. I contacted the person with the shorts waiting to hear when she's shipping me the shorts.

steelersare1 As soon as I get the shorts I will ship them to you. And I will reimburse you the shipping fee as soon as I get the top and you let me know how much the shipping fee is. I feel so bad I want you to receive your item. I'm not sure how long poshmark looks into this case, like I said I didn't know it was a case. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks !

steelersare1 Hello, my name address is - Jamie Ceraul. 620 Roosevelt. St. East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Hoping you know I feel really bad about this issue. I started selling on poshmark November 2020 and I always go to the same place to print shipping labels and ship my items. I have never had any problems/ issues with the place until now.

steelersare1 I do all my poshmark printing/shipping at The UPS Store. As soon as I received message regarding this issue I went to UPS Store and spoke to the Main Manager. I also spoke to the employee who waited on me. I know exactly what happened. The UPS Store is always busy. When it's busy the employees take the package and print labels and lay labels on the package and wait on next person.

steelersare1 As soon as it calms down the employee will attach label to the package. I live 5 minutes away from the store and the store has my phone number on file because I go there A lot to ship items, I told manager I should've received a phone call due to the fact that their employee mixed up my labels and created this mix up for me to deal with.

steelersare1 Hope You Understand How Bad I Feel About This And How Sorry I Am. Remember when you ship the item please attach a note with the cost of the shipping fee because I'm going to reimburse you the shipping fee and as soon as I receive the shorts I will be shipping them to you.

clarissa0526 @steelersare1 it’s OK everyone makes mistakes it’s not the end of the world and also too I am very new at this Poshmark and honestly I wanted to privately message you about the item when I received it but I don’t know how to get to private message till now and for some reason I try to change where I said I got the item and for some reason it’s not letting me like I said I’m very new at this.

She told me that Poshmark sent her a shipping label with your information and on Monday she's going to ship the shorts to you. Did You receive a shipping label with her information ?

I didn't know Poshmark would send labels and also I would think that Poshmark would send labels to me. I just want this issue over with. Want both of you to receive the correct items. I'm Sorry I just feel as though this is getting a little dragged out.....
