@claranog good afternoon Clarisse. I was packaging your sweater and noticed a small stain near one of the buttons and wanted to inform you of it. It is not visible when the sweater is buttoned as it is on the grosgrain ribbon strip that is hidden but I wanted to give you the option to cancel if you’d like. I did not notice it when I listed this sweater but I pride myself on full disclosure. I could also post a picture in a separate listing for you to look at if you’d like.

I also told them to deduct my earnings $20 and to give the $20 credit to you. Their support is not very quick so I am trying to be patient.

As it is, with commission I am losing money on the sale at this point.
