ajmenot Very unwilling to aid in an accidental purchase in which was notified within 1-2 mins of placed accidental purchase. Ignored messages up until she claimed she already shipped item . I find it all very unethical an have reported to customer service as I have all attempts an messages an times thankfully on here . I’m rethinking using this site an recommendations to use it due to this seller. Very disheartened.

I'm so sorry this isn't working out for you :( Unfortunately there's a huge difference between being willing to do something and being able to do something- If I could go get it out of the USPS box, I would, especially as I definitely would have rather kept such a nice bag than send it to someone who doesn't want it. For some reason my notifications show you ordering the bag and then commenting that you wanted to cancel it two hours apart, in which time I had shipped it out.

ajmenot You could have being that I messaged a number of times 4-6 + an you chose not to reply till you ran to the ups store to send it off . My gut and my intellect says otherwise. I did not want to explain that I just lost my only child recently an I think it’s allowed to make human error under the circumstances. Trying to have faith that people are still decent is dissipating fast . Thank you for that .

ajmenot Also the 2 hr remark was on the first offer I canceled. So please get your facts straight. I was able to that fast enough . There was an error I made in my 2 nd attempt due to confusing your page with one that I found at a lower price once realized mins later I went to cancel through you an so began being ignored till it was in the mail box . I spoke with my credit card company so between them an your superiors good luck . Evidence is against you .
