maggiemcleod1 Hi! Thank you so much for your purchase and feedback. I had no idea of a cigarette odor as I don't smoke. The bag was a gift and has been in a gift bag since last year. Until I shipped it to you. I am truly sorry about this, never even thought to smell the bag. I have never gotten any unsatisfied customers so far and take this very seriously. Genuine Lysol spray will kill and eliminate the odor without damage to the bag. Sorry again
