collyscloset Hi😊☀️💕It is Brand new...I never wore it... I took the tags off before I packed it for vacation...The only thing that I could think of about the hem part , thinking maybe the zipper on the suitcase🤔 otherwise it is brand-new never worn no rips or stains brand-new condition💕
