blue_heron13 @shahin200 I opened a case w/ Posh as there was a big hole in the item. U went back & forth with me so I decided it's better to have posh handle this. I got a note from Posh,they reembursed me & keep the item.There was no return label.I DIDN'T ASK TO KEEP THE ITEM! This is how Posh handled this.They do this when they reemburse both parties. You can contact them & ask Posh to send me a return label & I gladly send the sweater back or you can privatley send me the postage and I do the same.
